It’s conveniently placed for Assisi, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was comfortable, clean and well priced, with lovely views. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to do whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.

It’s a pleasant, quiet property, and being remote does help keep it peaceful. The rooms are nice, but ours had a bathroom of only 3.5m2, and our towels weren’t changed over the four days. Breakfast was adequate, though the 8:30-10:00 hours don’t suit a country house, and there’s no packed lunch option if you’re heading out early or going on an excursion. With a €2 tourist tax, the place is being pitched like a 4-star hotel, and that’s the problem. The price, quality and service don’t add up. It should cost half what they’re asking.

The garden is full of flowers and beautifully kept, with an enchanting landscape and a breathtaking view of the Basilica of St. Francis. There’s also a lovely outdoor pool beside a centuries-old oak that gives welcome shade in summer. I’ll definitely return.

A very well-kept farmhouse, and the welcome was kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool is lovely, and breakfast is more than adequate. It’s also a great place to stay for visiting the area.

The garden and views are beautiful, and the property itself is lovely. It’s only a 5-minute drive from Assisi. Breakfast served in the garden was excellent, as were the services. I’ll definitely be back.
