Stefano made sure we got a free parking spot, just a few minutes from the room, and even came over to help with our luggage. He’s very attentive to details and gave us great suggestions for seeing Assisi. We would have missed a lot of the important sites without his guidance. The place is beautiful and conveniently located, and he brought breakfast to our room each morning. We highly recommend staying here.

We first stayed here seven years ago, and now we’re back at this superb little hotel. Stefano, thank you so much for your hospitality and lasting friendship! Without a doubt, this is the best place to stay in Assisi and the surrounding area.

We stayed in the basement apartment and had an excellent time, especially enjoying the Italian-style breakfast on the little terrace beside the narrow street. Highly recommended for families with small children 😊😊😊😊😊

My room had a cave theme, with a cozy, comfortable bed. The owner left breakfast hanging outside the door, which was a fun idea.

Stefano is such a kind and thoughtful host, always ready to help. The place itself is cozy, clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
