I really enjoyed lunch at Hotel Windsor Savoia in Assisi. The main dish, grilled chicken with potatoes, was tasty and satisfying, and the penne was delicious, cooked just right and full of flavor. The best part was the tiramisu ice cream, rich, creamy, and flavorful. A pleasant lunch and a memorable one.

We just had lunch at the restaurant and were served well. The food was delicious and suited our Asian taste buds. Don't miss the dessert, the chocolate ice cream in my photos was delicious.

From our room, the hills around Assisi made for a lovely, peaceful view. The facilities were clean and well cared for, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Windsor Hotel sits right by the entrance to town, which made getting out to explore easy. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Assisi.

We loved the sunset views over the Tuscan countryside. The room was clean and nicely soundproofed, and the staff were friendly and spoke English well. The hotel is right by the town entrance, with St Francis’s church only a short walk away.

After a day walking around town, we could unwind on our balcony overlooking the valley and enjoy pizza from the restaurant downstairs as the sun went down. You can even see parts of the basilica from the balcony and other spots in the hotel. The room itself was nice, and being so close to the basilica made getting around convenient. The staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout were quick. The breakfast room is huge and has great views too. Bus and taxi stops are only a few minutes down the street. I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Assisi.
