The place we stayed was one of the best I’ve visited, and I’d love to make it back someday. In July, Abruzzo won us over: bright sea, grand mountains, and views that took our breath away. The owners made us feel so welcome, the rooms were cleaned and tidied every day, and the pool was inviting and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious too. It’s a place I’ll remember for a long time.

The room was among the cleanest and most comfortable I’ve stayed in, and breakfast was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, with a stunning setting around it all. I’d happily stay at Isola dei Calanchi again if I return to Abruzzo. Thanks for making me feel welcome. Grazie mille :)

The pool looking out over the badlands was such a relaxing spot, especially at sunset. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and spotless. Davide and his mother Lucia made us feel at home, with varied, delicious breakfasts and tips for itineraries and restaurants serving excellent Abruzzo dishes. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was the highlight for my family and me. The owners were gracious and kind, and our rooms felt welcoming and were clean. You’re not right on the beach, though the ravines and sea views more than make up for that. A well-earned five stars.
