We first came two years ago, and this second visit was just as memorable. The view is still breathtaking, and the place has had a lot of improvements, including a new pool. The rooms are clean and new, and Nissa is a lovely, accommodating owner who makes sure guests have what they need. We also really enjoyed the excellent breakfast and good coffee. The scenery and atmosphere are gorgeous, and the room and property were very clean. We’re planning to come back. Thanks, Nissa! We’d recommend it.

This was our second stay, and it keeps getting better. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are pleasant, and the owners are friendly. The rooms are very clean, and they do their best to meet your needs. Thanks to Mike and Nissa for being so kind and welcoming. We’ll be back.

A beautiful spot with lovely views over the ocean and hills. I spent time here in early spring, relaxing, eating good food, and enjoying the company of the owner and his neighbour, who were great fun. I had a really enjoyable stay in Atri and Pineto. The beach was sandy, with clear water, and I’ll definitely return.

I gave it one star less for the experience itself than for the lack of information. After booking through a portal and asking for details, I was told the facility is permanently closed. That should be made clear in advance.

We only stayed one night, but had a great time. The terrace has a beautiful view, and the property felt welcoming and well cared for. In the evenings, we enjoyed the small pool and the hot tub, which was relaxing and very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommended!
