Our flight to Catania was unexpectedly cancelled yesterday, so we couldn’t make the trip. Giuseppe, the owner, kindly let us cancel without any charge, even though he could have charged us 50%. He said that was only fair. Thank you, Giuseppe, for being so honorable and kind. I’m sure your fairness will be rewarded. We’ll make it to your beautiful villa another time.

We had a lovely, restful stay away from the city noise. The owners were helpful and did their best to meet our needs, and the apartment was clean and had everything for everyday living. The sea is easy to reach, with cliffs and access to the water. That suited the four of us adults, though it probably wouldn’t work as well for small children. There’s also a big, well-stocked supermarket about a 15-minute walk away. Best wishes to Pippo and Chiara.

We’ll miss Pippo and Chiara, and the lovely evenings we spent together. They’re wonderful, helpful people, and the guys were really nice too. The property is beautiful, well cared for, and just a few steps from the sea. We had such a great time. Hugs from David, Sabrina, and Egle. See you next time. 🫶
