The room was clean and really nice, but the air conditioning didn’t work, and we couldn’t leave the balcony door open since it led onto a shared terrace. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were wonderfully attentive and sincere. They were also very flexible about check-in and checkout times, which helped us a lot. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my overnight stay on July 1, 2018. The hotel is right by the bridge to the E33 highway, and there’s a very good restaurant nearby, plus other places to eat within walking distance. My room was over 20 square meters, like the others, and opened onto a huge shared balcony. Everything was very clean, and the staff were courteous.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the only hotel in Aulla, but about 80 euros for the night felt far too expensive for what you get. The breakfast was horrible, and the air conditioning in my room didn't work. Staff were a gamble: some were nice, others rude, so asking for help could go either way. And very little English is spoken.

The shower stall is a little cramped, but otherwise it was a great hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the staff were kind and friendly.
