The staff were lovely and made us delicious breakfasts to take with us every day we asked, even when we gave them little notice. Our time there was great. Rooms were cleaned daily, and we could ask for fresh towels, more soap, and so on.

The rooms were small, but cosy and very clean. The owners were lovely and helpful with everything. When we had to leave early for a hike, they went out of their way to prepare us a delicious breakfast to take along.

The owners are what make Hotel Galeno special. They’re genuinely friendly and accommodating, always happy to offer tips and recommendations, and quick with a smile. We felt welcome and looked after, more like we were visiting family than staying in a hotel. The hotel itself is charming and very well placed for exploring the area. It’s warm and comfortable, with wonderful hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.

We hadn’t booked, but even though it was late at night they still found us a room. We took breakfast too, and it was quite nice. Would definitely do it again. There’s amazing pizza across the street!

The owner was incredibly kind, and the rest of the staff were always willing to help. The food was great too. Our room was a little small, but we hardly spent time there apart from sleeping. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and nice, and we got fresh towels every day. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful spot by the river, with mountain views. We’ll definitely come back.
