Alpine Spa Resort Viktoria

I usually spend so much time traveling for business that I rarely get to enjoy a hotel, but this weekend alone was different. The team’s kindness and hospitality made sure I didn’t feel lonely at all, and I’m very grateful for that. The WaldSPA, sauna ceremonies, fitness and gym, pool, food, and the rest of the facilities were all top quality. The interiors were beautiful, and I always wanted to hug your dog whenever I saw him. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. I recommend the hotel to anyone looking to relax with such warm hospitality and quality that really makes a difference. I hope I can visit again sometime.

The hotel has plenty to offer in any weather. When it’s sunny, it’s close to lots of the area’s best hiking and cycling routes. In the rain, there are the spa, gym, pools, and relaxing spaces to enjoy. I loved the modern design and the food was amazing. The facilities were very good, and you can tell the family puts real thought into the details and cares about guests. They were happy to accommodate our specific requests, and all the staff were cheerful and kind. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely come again.

The pool, spa, bar, and gym were all great. We spent three lovely nights here, and the team was professional, amazing, and very friendly.

The spa and wellness area seems to be the main focus, and it’s the best we’ve seen so far, 11/10. The restaurant staff were very nice and professional, with Birgit at the top of the list. The only hitch was the timing: sometimes there were 20 ++ minutes between the small courses. A first world problem, unless you need your beauty sleep. The hotel is newly renovated and stylishly modern, though a bit dark, 8/10. Our “new” forest room was practical, warm, and modern, with a balcony looking into the forest, 9.5/10. It could use a notepad, pen, and water glasses. The food was very creative, 9/10, and the presentation was 10/10. Most dishes were excellent, though a few felt like a bit much, such as the crouton with spleen pâté, and a couple were slightly under-seasoned. Overall, the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was 11/10. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional, especially considering we felt a bit high maintenance after canceling spa appointments twice, 10/10. For hiking and spa, creative food, and what you’d call “exceeding hospitality,” this is the place. Weather gets 9/10: order your sunshine with a couple of drops of rain at least 3 days ahead. It sells out quickly!
