The prices felt very reasonable for the service and quality. The food was 10/10, and it was clear they'd paid attention to both the ingredients and the way every dish was presented. The waiters were polite and kind, and all the staff were welcoming and ready to help. I was really happy I spent my vacation here. The Infinity pool was lovely and warm, with just the right temperature. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

We'd booked and paid for a suite, but when we arrived, the hotel gave us a lower-category room because of problems on their end. We didn't use the suite at all, yet they charged us the full suite price. They made no refund or adjustment and offered no alternative service. A very disappointing experience.

Never again. There was no attention to customers and no willingness to be even a little flexible or accommodating. It also wasn't kid friendly. The pool was too cold, the sauna smelled like gypsum and had a lot of gypsum on the seats, and there was no entertainment for kids at all.

Best hotel in Hafling. The owners and staff are friendly, the suites and meals are very good, and there's a great wine menu. I'll be back.
