I stayed for 15 days and found it very comfortable. Luca is sweet and responsive, and the place is close to the city center and extremely near Dr Malzoni’s hospital. I'd definitely recommend it.

I stayed for two months in room 4, and I'm sharing the view. The location is good, and the rooms are new. Luca will help you with anything. The hotel is an apartment converted into four rooms, so there isn't a shared area or a breakfast option. Cleaning is very casual, though, and not having a microwave or kettle in the room is a big problem for a long stay. The building is 50 meters from Malzoni Clinic.

The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, but breakfast wasn't provided, not even as a voucher for a nearby café. There was only a coffee maker in the room, and the large fridge didn't even have a bottle of water. They also insisted on cash, and I wasn't given a receipt.
