Marilena was so kind and friendly, always smiling and ready to answer all our questions. The apartment was clean and smelled fresh, with new, efficient furniture, appliances, accessories, and bathroom fixtures. Breakfast at the B&B's partner, Bar 1916 on Via Roma, was served by friendly, smiling staff too. Everyone made us feel welcome, and we'll remember the stay fondly. Enrico and Paola.

The beach location was excellent, and our room was clean and smelled fresh. Marilena was always kind and available. We had a great breakfast at La Rosa dei Venti, and the owner was kind too. Across the street from the B&B, Luigi the chef served excellent dinners. Maurizia and Simona, owner, for a dinner.

I stayed with my family in this welcoming, tastefully furnished property. It's well placed in Avetrana, close to central Via Piave and Via Roma, and the Punta Prosciutto beaches are about 5 km away. Marilena was very friendly. The place was very clean, and both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. 👍 Highly recommended.

The kitchen had everything we needed, from dish soap to all kinds of pots and pans, and they were brand new. The whole B&B smelled clean and fresh, from the entrance to our room, and it was impeccably clean. We stayed five days and had a truly exceptional time. The owner was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. We'll definitely come back. I highly recommend it ❤️
