Everything was better than great. The staff were so helpful, especially Victoria, if I’ve got her name right. Her English was impeccable, and she was always friendly and smiling. ☺️

The food and staff were fantastic, and I’d call it the best hotel in Piancavallo. The WiFi could use work, though. I couldn’t get a signal in the rooms, maybe because of the cupboard’s iron curtains.

The rooms are on the small side, but pleasant, and the food is good. It works really well for a ski trip. I’d come back.

The rooms are large and the service is good. The accommodation itself was fine, though the food could use a little work.

The ski slopes are very close by. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent.
