Hotel Villa Policreti

That restaurant is what makes the hotel worthwhile. The food is very high quality for a very fair price, enough to make you forget the other mishaps. The old Italian villa and its charming estate are lovely, though the place could use some renovation. The staff and management are very nice, but coordination could be better. Breakfast was inconsistent. On the first morning they gave us very cheap machine coffee, then on the second they told us they make real coffee, which we hadn't been offered the day before. The breakfast selection was quite poor too: the first day there were two kinds of ham and one cheese, while the second day there was only one kind of ham. The homemade cakes were good.

The staff made us feel at home and were so welcoming. We spent 10 days at Villa Policreti and had a great stay at this beautiful estate. It's a short distance from the golf course, Aviano city center, and the USAF base. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh croissants and hot coffee. I'm looking forward to staying at the Villa again. I'd highly recommend it for a visit to the city, whether for work or leisure.

The rooms have plenty of charm, with old world architecture in the wooden beams and walls. The bed is comfortable and the AC gets nice and cold. So far, the staff have been outstanding about handling my requests.

The view across the city is amazing, and the rooms and building have a great flair. I stayed nearly a week, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good for Italian standards.
