We paid around 60 euros a night for two people during the low season, breakfast included. It was very good value for the price, and the breakfast was really good. The beds were comfortable and the location was good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful that we felt at home. Breakfast was great, too. Our apartment/room was very large, nice, and clean, with a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. Thanks a lot, grazie!

A little gem right by the sea in the small town of Marina so Grosetto. The service was 5 stars, and everyone was super friendly and wonderful with the kids. The in-house restaurant served great food too. 🤩

Good location and breakfast, with a good price for the daily accommodation. I’d very much recommend it for business trips or families with children.

We booked specifically for a room with a sea view, but as the pictures show, it’s very hard to actually find the sea. When we raised this at reception, we were told they didn’t have any rooms facing the sea. The alternative offered was positioned the same way, one floor higher, but it was smaller and had no kitchen corner.
