We came with our children in mid-October. The house was clean when we arrived, with towels for everyone and everything we needed to cook and eat. There’s also a small outdoor foyer and private parking in the courtyard. It’s right on the seafront, and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. From here we visited lovely places like Marzamemi, Noto, and Portopalo, all within a 50-minute drive. The owners were kind and helpful from the start, even bringing us a vacuum cleaner when we asked for one for the car. They also gave us a small gift when we left. A lovely memory of our holiday in Sicily. Thank you, Roberta and Gianluca.

The house was spotless and had everything we needed, from a hairdryer and washing machine to an iron, ironing board, air conditioning, fan, and even a beach umbrella. It’s peaceful there, and the owners were kind and ready to help. The public beach is only five minutes away, clean and with showers. I picked this place because of the great reviews, and they were right. I had a lovely holiday, and the traditional Avola sweets the owners left for me on departure day were such a nice thank-you.

The owners live next door, which makes the place feel peaceful and secure. They’re wonderful people, and we’re so grateful for how they treated us. Avola is a lovely seaside village, with little restaurants, a free beach, and a nice promenade for warm summer evenings. You can park right by the entrance in the quiet indoor parking area, then leave the car there since the beach and restaurants are walkable. The house is clean, comfortable, and has everything. Six stars for the whole stay, if Google had them! We’d happily come back. Thanks again, and best wishes.

The location made it easy to explore the prettiest parts of eastern Sicily, and the sea is nearby. It’s a charming, very quiet place, and the owners were helpful and kind whenever we needed something. We’ll definitely come back.
