The apartment is fantastic and just as pictured, with a great location and free street parking. Sebastiano is a caring, very kind host who pays attention to the little things and wants everything to be right during your stay. We were sorry not to have a few more nights here.

The apartment had everything we needed, and Sebastiano even gave us a tasty local gift from Avola. He answered all our questions, helped with everything, and showed us many beautiful places in Sicily. Avola is wonderful, and people like Sebastiano make it even more special. We had an amazing holiday and such a lovely friendship with him. I recommend staying here and hope to visit again. Thank you, Sebastiano, I already miss you!

Sebastiano was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer messages. The apartment is very central, near the main square and its many cafes and places to eat. It's around a 20-minute walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to the train station. Our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The place was clean and tidy, with flexible self check-in and check-out. After our long trip, finding cold water in the fridge and some treats on the table was a welcome surprise. Fantastic value for money, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Sebastiano is punctual, very friendly, intelligent, and incredibly hospitable. The newly renovated apartment is cozy and fully equipped. If you want a holiday place with a real Sicilian atmosphere, this should be your first choice. Strongly recommended.

Sebastiano's kindness, friendly manner, and hospitality made us feel at home. The apartment is spotless and wonderfully quiet, with all the comforts and everything two people need. Its historic-center location in Avola is especially convenient for visiting nearby places like Ortigia, Marzamemi, Noto, and the beaches just minutes away. We highly recommend it to anyone staying in Avola, and we'll definitely be back.
