La Gioia di Sicilia Appartamenti

The staff were welcoming, kind, and attentive, and the place was clean, tidy, and quiet. It's conveniently close to both the beach and the town center. A B&B that's excellent for a pleasant stay here in Avola.

Parking was easy on the quiet road beside the B&B, and the prices were good. It’s only a few hundred meters from Avola center and Marina di Avola beach. We found the apartment clean and in good shape, with fairly new, modern furniture and the usual holiday-home comforts. The rooms have air conditioning, and there’s a lovely terrace. They offer both rooms and apartments.

The owner was friendly, polite, and happy to answer questions, and the prices felt very reasonable for the quality. We could walk to the sea, with restaurants and markets nearby. The rooms were spotless, air-conditioned, and had everything we needed. They look new and are well furnished. There’s a choice of apartments or rooms with a shared kitchen, where a hearty Sicilian breakfast with fresh, traditional food is served each morning. We had a magnificent stay and will definitely come back.

The owners also run an associated beach club with the services we needed for relaxing beach days, including a bar and restaurant. The location worked well for visiting nearby cities, and I’d recommend it to friends planning a holiday. I’ve stayed here twice, once in a quadruple room and once in the private apartment. Both were clean and tidy. The room had all the necessary comforts, and the apartment was well organized with everything needed for a few days.
