A really well-kept, cozy place and a wonderfully relaxing spot, right at the start of the Avola beach. The staff, Tullio & Alessandra, were so kind and lovely. It's only about 10 minutes from Noto, Vendicari, San Lorenzo, and Marzamemi. Definitely a must-stay for a family holiday!

Please be aware that some of the pictures don't match reality. There is no beach or sand there. The photos are misleading, and it's outrageous that they make it look as though there's a little beach in front of the villa.

Tullio and his family made our first trip to Sicily feel like home, with a warm welcome and genuinely useful tips. We had a roomy, clean room with a view of the sea, and could reach the water straight through a private gate. Breakfast brought fresh juice, jams, cakes, and cannoli. We'd happily recommend staying here.
