The one thing to keep in mind is that some rooms face the street, so traffic can make them a little noisy. Otherwise, it’s a cozy, nicely furnished place in the city center with a really friendly host and everything you need.

What a shame! The room had a coffee maker with capsules, tea and a minibar, and Fabrizio was welcoming and professional. Its location was handy for getting to the Ancient Theater. But the room smelled because of the drains, and the bathroom had poor air circulation despite having several fragrance diffusers. The windows didn’t block sound, so noise from Viale Teocrito was a problem day and night. Breakfast was minimal and served at a nearby bar. Poor value for money.

Fabrizio was kind and helpful right away. He suggested places to visit and gave us breakfast tickets, with breakfast included in the room price. We stayed three nights, and the simple, welcoming property had a bright, spacious room with a balcony and private bathroom. There was air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge with a coffee maker, and a small tea set. The location was great, about a 20-minute walk from the city center. A great experience for my fiancé and me!

Fabrizio welcomed us with so much kindness and was always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the location worked really well for getting to Ortigia and the province’s most beautiful beaches. We highly recommend it ✌🏼☀️
