The accommodation is well kept, and Carlo the owner is nearby and very friendly if you need help. The beach is just a stone’s throw away, with great restaurants close by too. Pizza Marine is about a 7 minute walk. The owner can also get you discounted boat trips, so book directly with him. This place is tip top.

The lawn is lovely, and this quiet little oasis is close to the sea. We stayed at the residence for 5 days and fell in love with it. It was welcoming, clean, and had every comfort. Carlo was extremely kind and always available whenever we needed anything. We’d highly recommend it for a peaceful holiday. 😍

We were a family of four and spent 9 nights here. The residence was quiet, very clean, and extremely well maintained. Our house had every comfort, and there was a large parking lot on the property. The beach is less than 200 meters away, reached via a driveway. Avola is also close to plenty of beautiful cities worth visiting. The owner was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. Highly recommended!

The post-bath shower area among the plants is beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. We spent a dream week at this residence in the center of the seaside village of Avola, just steps from the splendid beach. Carlo welcomed us and looked after every detail of the property, leaving nothing to chance. He treated us like family. It’s a lovely place for a quiet, relaxing holiday, and we highly recommend it.
