The garden, with its fruit trees, shaded loggia, barbecue spot and outdoor shower, made it easy to unwind here. We also loved having a drink in the rocking chair beneath the olive tree. Villa Pina is only a few steps from the Caponegro cliffs, and the apartment is spotless, newly built and fitted with all the comforts. Enzo was really friendly and happy to help with anything we needed or offer suggestions. A peaceful place for couples or families looking to recharge. Diego (ITA-UAE)

The villa has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, mosquito nets, a washing machine, a shower and drinking water, which is a real plus in this area. It feels peaceful and secluded despite being close to Avola's best-known beaches. The white-rock beach is just a few metres away, reached by a private road with plenty of parking. We spent time reading or having meals on the big veranda in the steady sea breeze, and sunbathing in the courtyard among the old olive and fruit trees, with loungers and an outdoor shower. The hosts were warm and helpful, and welcomed us with figs from their trees, water and cold drinks. They live upstairs but gave us plenty of privacy. Enzo was especially nice to talk and laugh with, and pointed us to local places to eat and buy products. We would definitely come back.
