The owner was very friendly and gave us good tips on where to eat and what to visit. The location is great, near the center of avola and not too far from the beach. The kitchen and bathroom were nice. There was a mini fridge in our room, plus a large fridge in the shared kitchen, where they also had spices, coffee, and tea.

The room was very clean, quiet, and had very high ceilings. They also serve a decent breakfast with both sweet and savory choices. The host was caring and gave us some good advice and recommendations for nearby places. Getting to the city center, bus station, and train station is easy, about a 2-3 minute walk. The seaside is less convenient, especially with kids, and can take around 30 minutes on foot. The rooms were splendid, and the service was very caring.
