Roberta was wonderfully welcoming and spontaneous, and happy to accommodate every request. The whole staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel feels like a mountain fairytale, full of traditional details. The food was excellent too, with home-style cooking and a full international breakfast: sweet and savory dishes, pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon, homemade cakes, biscuits and pastries, yogurt, and more. Go there!

We spent five days here and came away feeling rested. The hotel is in a quiet spot, a few minutes from the center and away from traffic, and it also works well for families. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the food was top-notch. Thanks to Alessandra and her whole team for making those five days feel like a dream. I recommend it to anyone after a truly relaxing holiday.

In mid-January, the four of us, two adults and two children, stayed three nights in the suite above the spa, separate from the rest of the hotel. We had a great time, with breathtaking mountain views and few people around. Parking was right beside the hotel. The spa is small, and you need to book it for your room for an extra charge, but it was excellent. We definitely recommend trying it.
