The best part after skiing was the breakfast, and there's also a sauna and a big whirlpool you can swim in. The beds are comfortable, the towels are clean, and the rooms have everything you need to cater for yourself. It's an easy walk of less than 10 minutes to the ski lifts. There's parking on site, though check the directions first. The family staff are friendly. Definitely coming back.

We felt welcome throughout and had no issues. The staff were very friendly and polite, spoke English, and did all they could to help. The spa was great for recovering after skiing. The sauna is small but sizzling hot, and the pool was warm and never crowded, thanks to the required time reservations. Rooms aren't very spacious, so I'd consider booking a bigger one. Breakfast choices repeated each morning. That didn't bother us adults, though it might be an issue with children. It was really handy that we could leave our skis and boots at Tako ski rental, just 20m from the lift.

The good parts were the breakfast, clean beds, daily cleaning, swimming pool, and the location of the ski storage. Still, we left two days early because we couldn't deal with the situation anymore. It felt too expensive for what we got, and I was glad to leave. We booked two apartments after looking at the photos. We've been on ski holidays all our lives and have stayed in both apartments and hotels. The apartment for five was fine, with enough space and everything we needed. The one for six was horrible. It was really a room for four, where it would have been spacious enough for four. They'd squeezed in a sofa bed, leaving no living room, and six adults could barely move around. The people sleeping in the living room had no privacy. Only one bedroom had a door. The other had a divider with sliding doors that didn't work, so there was no privacy or light for the people sleeping in the living room. We raised this and were told they knew about the problem but didn't know when it would be fixed. Why give us that apartment? It was far too hot. Turning the heat down to 15 degrees didn't help; the apartment was still hot as hell. We booked apartments because we had a baby, but there wasn't a microwave anywhere in the building, not even in the hotel kitchen. Heating the baby's food was horrible. In 2025, no microwave? The baby got sick and threw up on the first night. The staff showed no empathy and acted as if we'd done it on purpose. They were very unkind to my sister. The rooms were outdated, but we could live with that. What was harder was that, apart from the owners, none of the staff ever smiled. It was the last week of the season, and they clearly wanted it to end. Renovations on the top floor started making noise at 7 in the morning. That was not okay when the season was ending the same week. Then they started excavator work in the garden. We felt like we didn't matter. Forget sitting on the terrace in peace, it was too noisy, and the sound kept waking the baby and badly disrupting his sleep schedule. There weren't many people left in the complex, so I don't understand why they couldn't put our family in neighboring apartments or give us a decent one for six or seven people. Also, bring converters if you want to use your devices, since the sockets haven't been updated. I haven't seen those in a long time. The bar closes at 20:30, which is early, and there's no cozy place to sit there. We really missed having somewhere to relax since our apartment was so small.

The atmosphere was great, and there's a pool and sauna in this cozy little family-run hotel. The rooms are older in style but very clean, and breakfast options are quite limited. It's 800 meters from the lift, and they offer ski rental with no deposit.
