Suites Venustas Park

The place looks beautiful, but it was completely disorganized and felt scammy. I stayed for two months in this fantastic imaginary place. Owner Aldo is rude and unfriendly, and the parking areas are run-down. You have to move your car constantly, with a high risk of damage. The room cleaning service is fake, nothing gets cleaned, and the towel changes are another scam. If you need an extra towel, you'd better call a lawyer. The towels are old and even torn. The washing machine is shared, like at a campsite, haha. Street-facing rooms are ridiculous and tiny; the fridge is small, the TV outdated, and anyone can walk past the terrace at any time because it opens onto traffic. The panoramic terrace is beautiful but inaccessible. This place isn't suitable for long stays, only short ones where you don't see anything. The prices have no relation to the services offered. I strongly advise against staying until something changes.

The views are breathtaking from every angle, and there's not a speck of dust or sand anywhere in the place. It's a little corner of paradise right by the sea, so you can wake up and be on the sun lounger in the sun straight away. Owner Aldo is a real gentleman, attentive to every need. Excellent Wi-Fi, beautiful rooms with linen service, air conditioning and TVs in both the bedroom and kitchen. There’s a terrace for parties and barbecues, or you can order dinner. Everything is chic, just like the owner. We fell in love with this hotel, which feels like five stars. We won't leave again. Only for top people!

Mr. Aldo was courteous and helpful, always available and attentive to what his guests needed. Everything was fantastic, and I only wish we'd stayed longer than three days over the May 1, 2023 long weekend. I'm sure I'll come back. I highly recommend it for families with children, since the apartments have plenty of room and the sea is practically across the street. Go Naples! :-))

We found some excellent places to eat nearby. Maria welcomed us and was extremely kind, eager to accommodate our needs. We spent two days relaxing in complete peace, with sun and sea just steps away from the beach, literally.
