The host was very nice and accommodating, and cooked us delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast, which was included. It’s a small boutique hotel with parking. Our room was very clean and had a great hot shower. We were on the first floor, so it could get noisy in the busy season as people passed by our door.

Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was excellent. The room had plenty of space, was fitted to a very high standard and was extremely clean and well serviced. The minibar had a great selection of drinks, and the air conditioning kept up even when it was over 30° outside. The hotel is well placed for bars, restaurants and supermarkets, with direct access to walks beside the lagoon. There’s a good-sized car park on site. We loved the room and will visit again.

Breakfast was a treat, especially the freshly baked local specialty and the superb coffee. The hotel itself is lovely and small, with a spotless room and impeccable hospitality. Even the decor felt calming and elegant, with just a little color. I’d love to come back.

The view over Lake Bacoli was so peaceful, and the rooms were brand new, carefully kept, and had everything we needed. We were there with our family, including our 5-year-old, and Antonio made us feel at home right away. His welcome was warm, sincere, and attentive in a way that felt rare. Breakfast was made by them, generous and complete, with a lot of care put into it. Villa Oteri was recommended to us, and it turned out to be a real gem, bringing together comfort, beauty, a great location, and heart. We’ll definitely return. 💙
