Hotel Panorama

Some of Sardinia’s loveliest beaches are only a few minutes away, with clear water and unspoiled nature nearby. Hotel Panorama in Badesi also has a gorgeous view, and from the moment we arrived we felt at home. The welcome and hospitality were impeccable. Vittorio deserves a special mention. He’s kind, always available, and really tries to make your stay pleasant. That personal touch stays with you. There’s also a breakfast bar across the street with delicious, authentic products, a nice place to start the day slowly and with a smile. A place to come back to when you need to unwind and enjoy the simple things. Highly recommended.

For €140 plus tourist tax, I expected more. The room was listed on Booking.com at €130, and the owner charged the higher amount. The owner was very nice, but there was no Wi-Fi, and the so-called double bed was two single beds pushed together. The mattresses were uncomfortable, unfortunately. The next day, on the mainland by the sea, we found a hotel for €77 including breakfast and Wi-Fi.

I haven't stayed at Hotel Panorama Badesi myself, but I lived next door as a seasonal resident and got to know the owners. Their warmth and dedication are clear, and I've seen them be attentive and helpful day after day with guests and people in the local community. The setting is peaceful, and the view really lives up to the name “Panorama” at any time of day. From the first contact, the owners give the place a welcoming, family feel. Their care shows in the details and in the way they treat people. To me, it’s more than a hotel: it brings together the beauty of the area and the owners’ warm hospitality. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, memorable stay in Badesi.

The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the hotel is in a great spot, just steps from the sea with a lovely view. Mr. Vittorio gave us a fantastic welcome. He’s kind, attentive, and a wonderful host. Highly recommended!
