Resort & Spa Le Dune

The service was attentive, but the rooms need refurbishing. I also thought the drinks were overpriced. At dinner I paid 10 euros for a glass of regular house red, a Cannonau Cabernet Sauvignon, and it was only filled a quarter full. That felt steep for a family-oriented place that doesn't have a high-end setting. I didn't take a photo, unfortunately. The next day in Stintino, another tourist area, we had a 0.375L bottle of local white Vermentino at a good Trattoria for 12.50 euros. Vermentino and Cannonau are locally produced. When I asked about the bill at checkout, they just said that was the price, which I found rather doubtful.

Our stay at Spa Le Dune will stay with me as a lovely memory. The hotel has a warm, elegant feel, and the staff were kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to their guests. Andrea, the Operations Manager, really stood out. His care for guests, eye for detail, and leadership of the team were impressive. It was an experience that combined relaxation with excellent service, and I'd happily recommend the hotel.

From arrival through departure, our stay at Resort &Spa Le Dune was exceptionally well handled. The facilities were spotless, and the services felt carefully planned. The baby pools were a real help, and the resort has pool toys and baby-seat inflatables available if you haven't brought your own. Our four-month-old had his first family holiday here in September, and it was just right for all of us to relax. We liked having several restaurants on site, and upgraded to half board soon after we arrived. The buffet made dinner with a baby easy, and the food was better than we expected. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating, which helped me feel at ease as a new mum. Peter pan restaurant is for children aged 0-2 and is open for much of the day as a self-service space. I used it to sterilise a bottle, though the food setup looked useful too. You can eat there or take the food away. I saw some parents bring it to the restaurants in the evening for their babies. One small room issue: the hairdryer is very weak, so you may want to air-dry your hair or bring your own. We can't wait to return. We've already booked for when they reopen in May.
