The first few days seemed fine. We were welcomed, and the apartments were clean, apart from some trash in the bathroom. Then the owner got upset about how guests had left boots and equipment in the ski room. We saw him shove the things around violently. He accused us of damaging some paper decorations, which we hadn't done, and shouted that we should leave and that he could do whatever he wanted because it was Italy and these were his apartments. He also admitted he'd come into our apartments while we were out skiing, looking for the decorations, and inspected the rooms. When we said we'd report him to the police, he seemed surprised and ran back to his own place. A really embarrassing experience with a very unstable host. Beware!

Carla made us feel welcome and was so helpful. The charming apartment had everything we needed for a longer stay, and the whole experience was wonderful. It's also in a great spot, just a short walk from lifts connecting to the full Dolomiti Superski area.

Carla went above and beyond during my three weeks at Ciasa Wallis. She helped with laundry, let us store our luggage before the stay, and even drove all of it to the bus station. The apartment is beautiful and well placed for skiing and other activities. I'm so glad we chose it, and I can't recommend it enough.

I really enjoyed the area and my few nights at @Wallis in March 24. The host was friendly and incredibly helpful, while still giving us room to enjoy our holiday. It's near a supermarket and lots of restaurants, and a shortcut makes walking around easier. The nearby ski lift is great fun, with a piste that gets your ski nerves going from the first run. There's also a large learning area and a huge kids' play zone. Recommend 👍😄🎿👍❄️

The apartments are new, spacious, clean, and well equipped. They're about 600m from the nearest chairlift, giving you access to skiing in the Dolomiti and almost directly to the Corvara area. You can drive to Picolino (12km) for Kronplatz, Corvara centre is about 8 km away, and Colfosco around 10km. Arraba or ValGarden takes roughly 30 minutes by car. Compared with places beside the slopes on the main Sella Ronda circuit, this area is a bit cheaper, with the same magnificent scenery and nature. There's also a SPAR shop about 200m away, within walking distance.
