Hotel Badia Hill

I still think back fondly on that stay from the end of last year, and I hope I can return later this year. The drive up the mountain made me a little carsick, but that welcome cocktail was incredible, the best I'd had in Italy. Everyone working at the hotel was so kind, and we loved the cheese fondue, breakfast, and sandwiches. Everything was just right for our tastes. Such a lovely place for a relaxing break!

The pool and spa were a real highlight: spotless, never crowded, and you could order food and drinks there. Our room was lovely, with a great view, a big shower, and a comfortable bed that meant we slept really well. The whole hotel feels picture perfect and like a proper treat. We found the staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a treat, and they made me eggs Florentine each morning as a vegetarian take on their eggs Benedict. Best I've had. Dinner at the bistro was delicious too, and the bartender was lovely. The cocktails were beautiful and a bit different. On a rainy day I tried the gym. It was nice to have the option, though it could use a treadmill and a few mats for floor exercises. There's also a lovely running track by the river just a few minutes away, which is a great alternative. I'd love to come back, maybe in winter for the cozy snow feel.

The spa at Badia Hill was a beautiful, spotless place to unwind, and the whole hotel was kept just as well. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with an elegant, modern feel throughout the property. We had no complaints about any part of the stay. We were especially impressed by the breakfast, which was fresh, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The other food was superb too, full of flavor and prepared with real attention to quality and presentation. Staff were consistently kind and professional, ready to help without hovering, so we could relax and feel looked after. The ski lift isn't very far, and the hotel arranged transport to and from the lifts smoothly. That made getting out on vacation easy. Everything seemed to run in a thoughtful, organized way. We'd read a handful of negative reviews before arriving, but our experience was the complete opposite. They didn't seem representative or justified based on our stay. We've visited many high-end hotels around the world, and Badia Hill is one we'd happily return to. It left a strong impression, and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and a very elevated hotel experience. Can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our time at Badia Hill. The staff were professional, polite, friendly, and helpful, and the food was excellent. We ate at both the Bistro and the Fondue, and each was outstanding. The hotel looks very modern but still feels warm and cozy, elegant without being formal, and decorated with great taste. We couldn't try the Michelin star "porcino," though we'd heard wonderful things about it. The shuttle to La Crusc and Sponata worked really well.
