The hosts made the stay especially memorable. They speak English and were happy to suggest local sights, restaurants, and other places, and to help make our visit enjoyable. Our room was very clean, with comfortable bedding and a lovely mountain view. Breakfast included bread, a plate of different meats and cheeses, yogurt, juice, fruit, small bars, and other snacks; coffee and eggs were available when requested. We also liked having a shared room where we played games each night before bed. The location and facilities were excellent, and this was our favourite stop on a multi-city trip through Italy.

I found the owners genuinely kind and welcoming, and they serve breakfast themselves each morning. They bring out cold cuts, cheese, eggs, and coffee, which gives the place a homely feel. My room was spotless and cosy, with practical wooden furnishings in a traditional style and a stunning view of La Crusc mountain. Sponata and La Villa parking areas are only a short drive away, though I understand some guests walk to Sponata. The location was excellent, the value was exceptional, and I’d gladly come back.

I stayed at Enzian for three nights with two friends while taking part in the Maratona dles Dolomites 2025. Breakfast was great, and the owners even served it at 05:00 hrs on event day. They’re friendly, service minded, and delightful people. I’d warmly recommend the place to anyone staying in Badia, especially for a cycling trip.

The included breakfast is divine, with lovely fruit, coffee, local cheese, and cured meats. The owners are so nice and were flexible about my slightly later arrival. I’m still here and already telling friends and family this is where they should stay when they visit the area.
