Residence Geranio

There were six of us traveling together on motorbikes. They gave us a spot in the garage, and the reception staff were very helpful.

The apartment had a modern kitchen with most of what we needed, and the pool area was lovely. We also liked being near the lake and shops. Still, the beds were very soft and dipped noticeably in the middle. We enjoyed most of our week in the two-bedroom apartment, but the place felt very geared toward German visitors. We didn't meet a single Italian-speaking person at the resort or by the lake, which was disappointing when we were hoping for an Italian holiday. That's just an observation about the area, not a complaint about the resort itself. After leaving, we realized we'd forgotten a chrome-cast device behind the TV. When we called the next morning, we were told it was gone. I find it doubtful that the new guests took it when they arrived, so I can only assume the cleaners found it while cleaning the TV cabinet. It's hard to prove, but that possibility left a bitter taste, especially since we otherwise mostly enjoyed the resort.

Manuela at the front desk was so kind and cheerful, she really has a special touch. The pool was lovely, with a little one for kids and a warm jacuzzi too. We were also close to the beach and some nice cafes and bars. A really nice experience!

The rooms were spacious enough for me and very clean, and the kitchen had what I needed to cook a meal. There's a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. The shower area is small, but that was fine for me since I only needed five or six minutes to get ready and head out to enjoy the area. The woman at the front desk was helpful and kind, and I really liked this place.
