The rooms need a complete renovation. The furniture is broken and the bathroom is in terrible condition. The location is handy, near the metro and not far from the railway station.

The owner is a great guy, and this works well for either a short or long stay. You can walk to all parts of Naples in 10 minutes or less. It's also well placed for exploring Campania, with beaches and cities around Naples, and the train station for Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento, and Pouzzoli for Procida and Ischia. There are buses and a metro nearby if you don't feel like walking.

We got a warm welcome from the receptionist, who shared lots of useful information. Our room was large and very clean. It's on the third floor of a charming historic building with an elevator, close to many attractions. There was some traffic noise, so light sleepers might have a problem.

Antonio, the B&B owner, was great and very helpful. The rooms were good, and the location made it easy to reach both the historic city center and the central station. I had a really pleasant stay at la Dimora Di Re Ferdinando and would recommend it.
