We booked through Booking.com, and the room looked just like the photos. The shower gel and towels smelled really nice, and breakfast was delicious, though the restaurant only serves pastries with coffee or tea. The location is great.

We stayed in a spacious, clean room with simple furnishings and a balcony looking out over the elegant Via Chiaia. From there it's easy to reach the main sights, including the Royal Palace, Piazza Plebiscito, the seafront, the Spanish Quarter, and Spaccanapoli. The manager was attentive and kindly accommodated our requests, and we're grateful. Recommended! ☺️

The owners are so kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and the location is strategic, just steps from Piazza del Plebiscito. I absolutely recommend staying here.

The location is excellent, the room was wonderful, and the owner was very helpful. We took this vacation in late June 2022. I'd recommend the place and keep it in mind for a return visit.

Right in the center of Via Chiaia, so the location was great. The owner was really kind, and breakfast from the Serpentone bar was excellent. We’ll be back!
