The wellness area is lovely and relaxing, with comfortable loungers, a steam bath, and a sauna, all well maintained. It’s in a separate building, though, which might not suit everyone. Our room was right by the parking lot and got noisy, especially when other guests partied in the evenings. The gluten-free bread arrived late and was still frozen on the first day, and the decaf was only instant powder. We also had to use the garage for €10 a night because there were no spaces outside, though the parking issue was eventually sorted out. At first, the experience didn’t feel worth the price. From the second day, service improved: we got a table in a quieter room and noticed much more attention to detail. We appreciated that effort.

We got a room upgrade when we arrived, and it was stunning, with two lovely terraces and a luxurious mattress. Breakfast was very nice, especially the table of regional products, and the service was pleasant the whole time. The daily newspaper was a nice touch too, and it prompted us to go to local cultural events that same day.

We were right by the slopes, with a great location, and the place was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was amazing, with fresh cakes baked every day.

A sweet little hotel, with spacious, clean and cute rooms, kind staff, and a great breakfast. I’d happily stay here again. The only extra I can think of is a hot tub!

This family run hotel was excellent value, and the rooms were better than we expected. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive. We’d highly recommend it.
