Villa La Massa

We wanted somewhere peaceful to unwind after our flight, and this was just right. The property and pool area are beautiful and relaxing, and it wasn't too busy. It's a great choice if you'd rather be away from Florence's hustle and bustle. The restaurant food was some of the best we had in Florence, and the gym and spa facilities were amazing. I booked through Chase edit and received all the perks, including a very late checkout.

It felt like a dream, right down to the attention to detail. Our upgraded room was stunning, and the setting, staff, and room were all exquisite. We also had some wonderful excursions. Silvia, who showed us central Florence, is special, and Il Cellese was a brilliant food and wine experience. We'll most definitely return.

We loved our stay. The hotel's suburban setting was quiet and pleasant, with an attractive view from our room in both the morning and evening, yet it was still easy to reach the city. The restaurant stood out for both its delicious food and the warm, attentive care from the team; every meal felt special. The shuttle made getting around comfortable and easy. From the front desk, which handled every detail smoothly, to the rest of the staff, everyone was kind, professional, and ready to help. The place felt elegant and cozy, with a real warmth to it. We left relaxed and grateful for such a lovely experience. ❤️

I keep thinking about what the GM told us: the hotel's soul is what makes it different. That felt true, because the staff were caring and fun-loving, and so hospitable. Villa la Massa has immaculate grounds and truly five-star service. I hope I get to come back.
