Country House Il Papavero

The owners made us feel very welcome, and breakfast was excellent. The house and room were spotless, with good heating and parking on site. It's surrounded by greenery, about a three-minute drive from town and fifteen minutes from the lake. Highly recommended!

Our first thought was that we felt at home right away. We're a family of four and spent a weekend here in late October. We were welcomed so warmly, and our spacious, very clean room had a balcony and worked well for all of us. Breakfast was generous and varied, with wonderful cakes and local chestnuts. We'll definitely return. Highly recommended.

A lovely, well-kept place. The lady looked after my daughter, who has celiac disease, like a princess. It's clear she isn't from the area, so people should learn from her experience. I'll be glad to come back.

We found the property at the black truffle and chestnut festival. It's set among the greenery of the Irpinia countryside, a few kilometers from central Bagnoli Irpino, and a great fit if you're looking for a break from city noise. The view over nature is breathtaking, and the peaceful, homelike feel makes me hope to return soon. The owner was extremely kind, professional, and hospitable. From the day I booked, he promptly gave me all the information I needed, clearly and politely, and his directions made it easy to find. There's ample parking, and the rooms have every comfort, with tasteful furnishings and spotless cleanliness. The rich breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and the owner's friendly manner made us feel at home. I highly recommend giving it a try. Five stars well deserved.
