Luca, the hotel’s representative, was really sweet and dedicated, and helped us a lot. He answered all our questions, offered advice, and put together the best deal he could for our family of five, even while our plans kept changing and the city was busy because of a big concert nearby. The hotel’s location is convenient, and the service was great. We’re very grateful for how he treated us, even though we couldn’t stay because the room we wanted had been booked an hour before we arrived. I didn’t get to stay at the hotel this time, but I’m sure I will next time I’m in the area.

Pietro was patient and kind, and helped us when we really needed it. The staff were helpful and understanding. The rooms were spacious, just right for us, with good showers, and breakfast was very good and filling. Top service 👌

We came from Belgium as a group of ten and booked three rooms. There were no blankets in the rooms. When I asked, the lady at reception said there was only one blanket for four people in each room. I was shocked. The air conditioning was noisy too. Sorry, but that’s the truth. I won’t come back.

I paid €80 for one night and wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. It’s very outdated, the bed was uncomfortable, and there were lots of ants crawling around the room. Go back and check along the headboard. There’s a gap there, and I showed you the photos.

The rooms all have air conditioning, a nice shower, and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good too, with both sweet and savory options. The hotel is really comfortable and good.
