Sandra, the owner, has such a warm, motherly way about her. She and the host made us feel like family, even bringing us breakfast. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and had more than we needed. It’s right in the middle of everything, and the quiet, fireplace-filled place made our stay feel special.

We were helped from the moment we arrived: someone met us in the parking lot and took our bags up to the room. The apartment was cute and remarkably affordable, with lovely decor and a comfortable bed where I slept really well. Restaurants and a small grocery shop are an easy walk away. One night left us wishing we could have stayed 30 days.

We arrived by bike on our way to Orvieto and only had one night, but Sandra made us feel welcome right away. Breakfast was a treat, with eggs, homemade pastries, pies and cakes, plus delicious coffee. Everyone seemed to know each other like family, and by the time we left, we felt included too.
