We were six people and had a great time at the last stop on the intrepid Larth walk. The owner had warmed the bathrooms before we arrived, and they were stocked with toiletries, towels, and even a hair dryer with a diffuser. The rooms felt cozy and had everything we needed. Since it was Easter, Gianfranco put together a dinner for us that we probably wouldn't have found at a nearby restaurant. I'd recommend the place as a stop on the walk or as a summer vacation home. There's a pool too, though we didn't get to use it.

The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff made us feel very welcome when we stayed on Easter Sunday at the end of the Intrepid Larth Trail. If you're doing the Larth Trail, keep the detour in mind. Otherwise, I see no reason not to stay here.

We finished the Intrepid Larth Walk on Easter Sunday and stayed here with five friends. The hosts' warm welcome made the end of the journey feel even more special. Thanks for everything. I really hope I can visit again.

The place was beautiful, and the cleanliness and care in every detail stood out right away. My friend and I stayed here while walking the Via dei Tusci, and Gianfranco and his wife Albertina made us feel at home. Congratulations, and many thanks. If I'm in the area again, I'll stop by to visit.

We spent a week here and felt at home the whole time. Gianfranco and Albertina looked after us and made us feel pampered. The rooms are comfortable, everything is very clean, and the pool is wonderful. It's a great place to relax in nature, away from the city bustle. Pets are welcome too. The location worked really well for visiting Civita, Orvieto, Viterbo, and Bolsena. We'll definitely come back. A big thank you from Gaia, her cat, and Giuseppe.
