The hotel is large, fancy, and clean, and the rooms are the same. I’ve only been here a few days, but I’ve enjoyed my stay. The pool is a nice extra, and the beach is just on the other side.

My team and I stayed for 13 nights while taking part in the fishing world championships. The new hotel manager Arcangelo really improved the service, kept in touch from our arrival in Rome, and made sure his staff kept us comfortable throughout. The previous reviews of the hotel and management weren’t encouraging, and I warned my team about them. We were pleasantly surprised, had no complaints about the hotel or facilities, and would happily return in the future.

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a group, and the experience was horrible. The rooms smelled terrible, and I’ve never seen a place so dirty and neglected. The pool was dark green, with rotten stuff on the bottom. The staff were friendly, but management needs to close this “4 star” hotel and get some work done ASAP.

I think the 5 Star reviews are fake. Reviews on other platforms are devastating, and for good reason. I was here for a dance festival, and dozens and dozens of people got gastrointestinal symptoms. Doctors said viral infections were going around the region, and other guests saw staff run to the toilet and vomit, then go back to work. There were no hygiene standards. Don’t go there.
