We stumbled on this apartment at the last minute, and it turned out to be a lovely corner of paradise among the places around San Vito Lo Capo. Marta apartment at Villa Rosaria was, to me, the best one and worth every penny. There's a small living room with a kitchen and a very large sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, and a bedroom with a big window facing the sea. Outside, the roughly 20-square-meter balcony looks out over the whole Gulf and the Zingaro nature reserve, making even a simple dinner feel special. The center of Scopello is only a few hundred meters away. There's a private entrance and a large green area shared by all guests, plus barbecue facilities and an outdoor washing machine. The apartment is charming, and the owners were kind and friendly from the start. Highly recommended.

The view from this welcoming, cool little house on the hill is lovely, with no other homes directly in front. Inside there are two bedrooms, a living room, and all the comforts you need. The road has an unpaved stretch and an electronic gate. We had a good holiday.

It's hard to leave this place, but we'll definitely return to Sicily. The warmth and hospitality have stayed in our hearts. The Marta apartment is comfortable and has a breathtaking view, and the owners were friendly and always available. An extraordinary home in a wonderful setting. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

It really felt like home during our ten days at Villa Rosaria in August. The property seemed practically new, with a beautiful view over the Gulf of Castellamare and the sea just minutes away. Many thanks to Rosaria, Rino, and Vincenzo for their warm hospitality.

The house is newly built, with everything brand new and in perfect condition. It has fantastic sea views, and the town center is only a two-minute walk away.
