The location has such a warm, homelike feel, and there are swings and games for little ones, plus a small enclosure with geese and ducks. It’s a great pick for a family lunch. The agriturismo serves a fixed menu, so you get what’s available; ask about it when booking. We enjoyed excellent rosette and tigelle, good tagliatelle with ragù and mixed cured meats, and decent gnocco. It suits people who aren’t demanding and are happy to go with what’s offered.

The fried tigelle with cream and Nutella were the dinner highlight, all carefully prepared by the owner Simona. Earlier, we had very good gnocco and tigelle with mixed cold cuts, plus first courses including tortelli verdi and pumpkin. The polenta with sausage, mushrooms, four cheeses, etc. was a delicacy too. Definitely worth trying.

The farm’s two sweet cats kept us company, and we felt pampered in every way. The food was excellent, and breakfast was superb, with lots of fresh homemade cakes. Our apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and it felt like home right away.
