Great view, and most of the good restaurants are close by.

Right across from the promenade, the property has a romantic view, especially at sunset when locals and tourists gather there for photos. Since June the promenade has been closed to cars and scooters, and restaurant owners put their tables out on the road, so there's plenty of cultural life around. The property is clean and tidy, and the rooms are warm, well equipped and nicely appointed. Staff are polite, welcoming and helpful. The bedding and towels were clean. There's a hairdryer in the bathroom and a washing machine for shared use, both useful extras. The kitchen has a clogged sink, a spray bottle of dish soap and just one roll of toilet paper, plus two 10 ml starter shower gels. There isn't a kettle. The furniture boards smelled a little musty, perhaps because there was no heating, and one corner of the wall felt slightly damp. After two days of airing the place with the cupboards open, we could sleep comfortably. In May, Italian properties often focus on renovations and repairs before the season starts. The large fridge was spotless, one of the cleanest I've seen, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was spotless too, the beds comfortable, and the staff great. It's not a new hotel, but it's very clean, and the price is super fair for this unbeatable location. Our huge room had a living area, and the balcony view was fantastic. Air conditioning was a lifesaver in the evenings. Restaurants are nearby, including downstairs, but the streets come alive right outside the door at night. It can be a bit noisy then, though with the doors closed we couldn't hear anything. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

The apartments are comfortable and have what you need for a relaxing stay by the sea. The setting is charming, with a sea view at the start of the main street. In the evening you can stroll without worrying about traffic, since the area is closed to vehicles until 2:00 AM. The owner Filippo is always available and wants to make your stay pleasant, though at times his replies seem a little slow. I think it's especially suitable for families.
