Villa Oliviero

We felt like royalty all week, and our families still talk about how wonderful the villa was. The views and rooms were five-star, as were the house manager Gennaro and the staff, both day to day and during the three events we held there. The wedding day had no issues that I knew of, and Alice planned a wedding of a lifetime. We organized everything from California and didn't see the villa until we arrived in October. From the first booking conversations with Nello, the process was seamless and straightforward. The villa staff and vendors clearly know what they're doing. My advice to a US bride is to trust the process and have faith that it'll all be beautiful. Just be ready for stairs :)

The ceremony terrace had a stunning view, and the dinner area was just as lovely. The food was impeccable, too. Alice, the owner, and the staff went above and beyond to make the day feel perfect. I'd never been to the villa before, though I'd visited Positano, and it didn't disappoint. I had the pleasure of working there last Monday and can't wait to return to this dream location.

A huge storm rolled in during dinner, so we had to move dancing and dessert from the lower patio upstairs. The team quickly put up plastic drapes, and people held umbrellas where water was getting in so our guests could stay as dry as possible. They worked with our planners to turn part of the villa into a dessert and champagne reception area, then took apart the dinner table and chandeliers so we could start dancing on schedule. Their quick response made a difficult moment work. We stayed at Villa Oliviero with our family for our October wedding events, and Alice, Nello, Gennaro, and the whole VO team made us feel at home. They took special care of our older family members, and the newly installed elevator from the main road to the villa level made things much easier for everyone. The villa is beautiful, with some of the most stunning views I've ever seen. By the end, I wanted to move in. Our wedding wouldn't have been the magical experience it was anywhere else. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly and making our time unforgettable.

The rooms are beautiful, the staff were attentive to every need, and Alice knows just which wedding vendors to bring in. I still can't get over the flowers, cake, food, and all the little details. The steps up are worth it, and Villa Oliviero has the best views in Positano, hands down. I planned our October wedding with Alice for over a year from the U.S. without seeing the venue in person. Once we arrived in Positano, met her, and saw the villa, we felt at peace with our choice to have an international wedding there. It was the best wedding experience of our lives, a dream come true. I couldn't recommend this magical venue more.
