Gianni was very helpful and had good suggestions for things to do and see. He replied to emails within minutes, and the organization and welcome were both very friendly. The flat was very spacious, really clean, and had a beautiful veranda. We enjoyed our stay and can warmly recommend Balestrate. If we come back, we’ll book this apartment again.

Gianni was incredibly gracious and quick to answer any question. Since I was in Balestrate without a car, he helped arrange transportation, picked me up at the airport, and personally took me back for my return to Paris. He also connected me with lovely people for other activities nearby. On my last day, he brought over homemade sfincione his mother had baked that afternoon. I can’t imagine a better host. The apartment was spacious and well kept, and I’d gladly return to Balestrate and rent from him again. Thank you for everything.

The home is fairly close to the beach and makes a good base for exploring the north of the island. The apartments are very nice and cozy, and Gianni was very helpful throughout our stay.

We had a great stay. The hostess was friendly and kind, and the apartment is simply and practically furnished, with everything we needed. The bedrooms are spacious, and there’s a lovely living area. Its very large terrace was peaceful and private, perfect for evening meals. It has a sea view and sits in a hilly area, about a 15-minute walk from both the sea and the town center.

Rosa was super friendly and available for any questions. We stayed for a week, and the apartment was right in the center, about a five-minute drive from the beach and seven minutes from the city center. I’d recommend it and would love to stay again.
