I’m never coming back. Getting online involved too many unnecessary steps. A simple box asking for last name and room number would be enough. The rooms were too hot, and I shouldn’t have to sleep with the window open. I raised it with the front desk, but that was useless. This affected three people in our party across two different stays. There was no soap or shower gel in the shower, which is unacceptable. I had to get out, take the soap bottle from the sink and bring it into the shower. The shampoo bottle was empty, so I washed my hair with hand soap.

The spa was small, with a limit of six people, but we enjoyed it. It costs €5 per person and needs to be booked at reception in advance. There’s a hot tub and sauna. The hotel room was spacious, with lots of storage for clothes, a nice bathroom and shower, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. Breakfast was great quality, with sweet and savory choices, scrambled eggs and bacon, plus free coffee from the barista and gluten-free bread. There’s a bar, a few restaurants, and a large parking area.

The receptionist was awfully rude and slow. Checking out took 20 minutes, and if you need to iron clothes, you have to go to a designated place.

The reception staff were nice, and it was quiet. I needed a one-night stay close to the airport, and this did the job: a clean, spacious room with a sturdy desk, a fully equipped bathroom and comfortable beds.

We had a great night's sleep in our two connecting rooms, which were comfortable and clean. We stayed here because we had an early flight from Treviso Airport the next day. There are a few restaurants right beside the hotel, with more nearby within easy walking distance, including supermarkets and shops. The early morning taxi to Treviso was quick and seamless. Highly recommend!
