Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme & Residence

It took us a little while to settle in, but then Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme turned into a wonderfully relaxing holiday, with warm people and professional service. We had a great time. I especially enjoyed the quiet coffee breaks on the hotel terrace and reading in the shade beside the pool. The hotel beach is just a short walk away, and the sunbeds and umbrellas were set up and ready each morning. The person looking after that area did the job properly every day. We had half board. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and dinner was a lovely three-course meal with dessert, including chances to try traditional Ischian food. My one gripe was the dinner start time, 8 p.m. felt late to me. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent at their jobs. I appreciated that they were experienced and knew how to treat guests. Their dedication, respect for one another, and kindness came through, and my wife and I felt very welcome. Our room was simple but had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well and was almost silent, and the room was cleaned daily. I have no cleanliness complaints. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We spent a week in one of the beachside apartments and had a wonderful time. It was a beautiful place, with amazing views of Capri, Sant Angelo, and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The breakfast buffet and dinner were both great, and the poolside service was excellent. There’s also a great spa with warm mineral water pools. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and we’re already looking forward to staying again.

We loved every moment at Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme and will be back. The private beach was a highlight, especially the way Ciro spaced the umbrellas to give people real privacy. The location is great too, close to Nitrodi, and a short boat taxi ride from our beach took us to beautiful Sant’Angelo d’Ischia. We felt genuine care from everyone. Maria gave natural mud treatments, and her spa colleagues Brigitte, Giacomo, Manuela, Lucia, and another lovely therapist were wonderful. Vincenzo and the restaurant and bar team were great too, as were the helpful reception staff, who gave us excellent dining tips. The service and amenities were top notch.

We stayed in the apartments down the beach, which gave us the space and full living quarters of an Airbnb along with the service and amenities of a 5-star hotel. It’s all right on the best beach in Ischia. Absolutely fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back.
