Villa La Favola Apartments

The terrace looks out over the sea and mountains, and the view really takes you somewhere else. Domenico and Angelica were great hosts, and the apartment was lovely, clean, and equipped with what we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy the Italian way of life. There’s a supermarket nearby with lots of great products for trying local dishes. It’s a safe place, and the beds are comfortable. There’s one double bedroom and two single beds, so it works perfectly for four people. Life feels perfect in Ischia. I truly recommend this house, especially for Domenico and Angelica’s hospitality. We spent July 20 to 27, 2024 at Villa La Favola with my family and my brother-in-law’s family, eight of us in all, four adults and four children. The house is spacious and air-conditioned, with two bathrooms and a large, bright terrace overlooking Castello Aragonese, Procida, and the Gulf of Naples. Eating and relaxing out there was truly rejuvenating. The kitchen is roomy and has everything we needed, and there are two large fridge-freezers, always useful in summer. It’s about ten minutes from Ischia Port. Special thanks to the owner, Mr. Domenico, who was honest, friendly, and personable. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to share the best information. We had a wonderful stay on this beautiful island in a comfortable holiday home. Thank you so much, Mr. Domenico.

Mr. Domenico welcomed us so warmly to his splendid villa and gave us all the information we needed. That hospitality was the most special part of our holiday. I stayed there with my family a few weeks ago, and the house was enchanting, spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. Our apartment had a little terrace full of colorful, fragrant flowers, and we could have admired the view from there for hours.

There were eight adults and a dog, and we had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular, and the bus stops for lines 10 (Maronti) and 6 (Ischia Porto) are right outside the house. Hikers can reach Negombo thermal park in just 8 km by going through the Cretaio and its fumaroles. Mr. Domenico manages the house very well. When the coffee maker had a small problem, he fixed it in just under an hour.
